We are exclusive UK distributors for Teleco SPA, elero GmbH and King Gates selling to trade manufacturers and installers nationwide. Our products are of the very best quality whilst remaining competitive and are used to automate internal and external blinds, garage doors, roller shutters and gates. We offer a comprehensive range of products and are the UK's leading trade supplier of wireless controls for blinds and garage doors. All products are offered next working day and are fully supported by our customer service and technical teams. Our products have been used on some of the most exclusive installations around the world including the Emirates Stadium, Eden Project, The Shard, Waitrose, Hong Kong Airport and the Berlin Museum.

We are one of the largest UK distributors of automation and controls and are based in a modern office and warehouse in Widnes, Cheshire.

The Person
We have an established network of customers and are looking for a regional sales manager to join our team and expand this network offering sales support to new and existing customers.
The ideal candidate would have sales experience in any one of our markets, be a good communicator with proven sale experience.

Responsibilities

•Maintain and develop existing accounts through regular proactive engagement with customers

•Manage the smooth on-boarding of new customers, ensuring the correct systems and processes are in place to maximise their development

•Increase retention and revenue per customer across targeted customer accounts

•Uphold and develop Nrg Automation market-leading customer service levels

•Build long-lasting, strong relationships with key customers and their users

•Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth

•Work with the technical team by feeding them with customer feedback to inform the development of customer-facing products

•Play a key part at sales meetings, customer visits and other customer events.

Skills

•Three+ years' experience working in a sales/account management environment

•Highly organised, with a commitment to customer success

•An understanding of our markets and customers

•An eye for detail and the desire to use and analyse data to understand opportunities

•A people person – you'll love building long-term relationships with our customers

•An existing network of contacts in our markets would be a bonus
